Nominee Requirements
18 Under 31 Awards recipients are exceptional young University of Alabama alumni who have made a vital impact on their industry, field or community.
Recipients must be 30 years of age or younger as of January 30, 2026.
Nominee must hold an undergraduate or graduate degree from The University of Alabama.
Nominee must be a current member of The University of Alabama National Alumni Association.
