Congratulations! Welcome to a group of more than 34,000 active alumni association members here at the National Alumni Association. We are here to help you make that transition from college student to young professional. If you are still looking for that first job, or even want to change careers (already), visit the Career Center for more expertise and tailored information on job searching, resume writing, and interview skills.
As new or recent alums, there are many things you’ll need to know that you may not have learned in the classroom. This could include email and business etiquette, negotiating a salary, and dressing for success. Learn more about these and many other resources here.
As a member of the NAA, you can also take advantage of additional benefits such as car and hotel rental discounts, short-term GradMed health insurance, and information about other types of insurance coverage.
In addition, you’ll receive the latest information on events just for Young Alums, other UA news and sports related updates. Be sure to update your contact information and join your National Alumni Association. Once you’ve done that, be sure to take advantage of the networking opportunities and meeting other UA alums who can help you get to know the city by joining the local chapter in your area. It’s a great way to get involved and continue sharing your Crimson Tide pride with the UA family even after graduation.
