The Golden Fifties Club welcomes classes of 1970, 1971, and 1972 to the National Alumni Association’s Alumni Weekend, scheduled for Friday, April 15, and Saturday, April 16, 2022. Activities will include a campus tour, a cocktail hour, an induction dinner, a Saturday breakfast, and a tailgate lunch before the Golden Flake A-Day game. Block seating will be reserved for the Golden Fifties attendees.

Campus tour: The National Alumni Association has arranged for the campus transportation system, Crimson Ride, to take members on a tour of campus led by the Capstone Men and Women. The tour will depart from Hotel Capstone at 3 p.m.
Cocktail reception: Reunion participants are invited to a reception honoring the class of 1970, 1971, and 1972 at the Paul W. Bryant Museum at 6 p.m.
Induction ceremony dinner: Reunion participants are invited to a dinner honoring the classes of 1970, 1971, and 1972 in Sellers Auditorium at the Bryant Conference Center at 7 p.m. Following dinner, the class will be inducted into the Golden Fifties Club.

Breakfast of Memories: Attendees are invited to share their favorite college memories with the group and reminisce about their time at the Capstone. Breakfast will be served from 8–9:30 a.m. in the Rast Room at the Bryant Conference Center.
Golden Fifties Tailgate Lunch: Enjoy a tailgate lunch at Alumni Hall from 11-1 p.m. This is a come and go event. Enjoy socializing with friends from years past. A shuttle will be provided to take you to the A-Day Game with kickoff at 2 p.m.

A block of rooms has been reserved at Hotel Capstone on the UA campus (320 Paul W Bryant Dr., Tuscaloosa, AL 35401). The cost per night is $259 + tax and fees.
