
Caroline Aulbach was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She graduated from The University of Alabama in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in commerce and business administration, majoring in management information systems. She also earned a sales certification and completed a concentration in cybersecurity. Following graduation, Aulbach began her career in Tampa, Florida, as an executive advisory consultant in technology at KPMG. She later joined Schellman, where she transitioned into IT audit and compliance and advanced to the role of service delivery senior manager. In this position, she leads teams across ISO, privacy and SOC practices, helping organizations strengthen their security and compliance programs.
Throughout her career, Aulbach has remained closely connected to her hometown and alma mater, regularly returning to Tuscaloosa to support the UA MIS program and volunteer in the community. Aulbach met her husband, Eric, while they were both students in the MIS program. The couple now resides in Atlanta with their beloved English bulldog, Bogey.
