
Bella Thoren Taylor is an attorney at Gardner Skelton, PLLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. In her practice, she advises one of the world’s largest social media platforms and one of the ten largest employers in the United States on employment law matters, managing a nationwide docket and litigating claims across North Carolina. She also advances mental health and disability policy reform for nonprofit organizations.
Taylor graduated from The University of Alabama in 2019 with a degree in telecommunications and film and earned her JD from the UA School of Law in 2022. As a student, she served as president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, treasurer of the Dorbin Women’s Law Society and senior editor of the Law & Psychology Review.
Taylor is active in her community, serving as secretary of the BamaCharlotte chapter of the National Alumni Association and vice president of membership for the Hospitality House Young Professionals Board. She is passionate about expanding access to justice and advocates for equity and inclusion in the workplace and beyond.
